We are always looking for qualified staff to join our team of providers.

 

Our facility is comprised of seven locations with our main facility being located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. The communities surrounding all of our locations offer beautiful scenery, friendly atmospheres, and a host of individual or family activities.
