Originally from eastern Kansas, Dr. Andrews received his Bachelor of Science with Honors/ Biology major from the Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. He completed his Graduate education at Kansas University Graduate School in Lawrence, Kansas.
Dr. Andrews received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from The University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his internship at the Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suncoast Hospital in Largo, Florida. Dr. Andrews then completed his residency at the Baylor College of Medicine – Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Houston, Texas where he was a Chief Resident.
Before joining the Fergus Falls Medical Group, P.A., Dr. Andrews practiced outpatient spasticity management for cerebral palsy patients, musculoskeletal clinic, and electrodiagnostics at the Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He was also the Medical Director for inpatient rehabilitation.
Dr. Andrews is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Osteopathic Association and Association of Academic Physiatrists and the American Academy of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Dr. Andrews and his wife, Robin have three children. His interests include fishing and basketball.
