Dr. Jeffrey Horak joined the Fergus Falls Medical Group on November 1, 2006. Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Dr. Horak received his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry at Nebraska Wesleyan University, Lincoln, Nebraska. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Horak completed his surgical residency at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan. Before joining the Fergus Falls Medical Group Dr. Horak was in private practice in Livonia, Michigan, for 11 years. Dr. Horak is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Horak and his wife Debbie Kaminski have two children; Nathan and Jennifer. His intersts include playing trombone, playing softball, and spending time with his family.
