Fees and Billing

Fees are based on the nature of services you receive. Fees for your initial visit may be higher because of the additional time necessary to establish your medical history.

    Ask the receptionist at the appointment desk in your physician’s area for a statement of charges if you wish to pay when you leave. Otherwise, you will receive an itemized statement in the mail, including the date that your claim was filed with your insurance carrier.
