Originally from Redwood Falls, Minnesota, Dr. Farnberg earned a B.S. in biology from the University of Minnesota in Duluth and a B.A. in economics from the University of Minnesota in Morris. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa, interned at Grand Traverse Community Hospital in Traverse City, Michigan, and completed residencies in Anesthesiology at hospitals in Michigan, Colorado and North Dakota. Before joining the Fergus Falls Medical Group, Dr. Farnberg was on the medical staff at Muskegon General Hospital and Mercy Hospital in Muskegon, Michigan. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Farnberg and his wife, Lisa have one child. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping.
